LIVING

The gorgeous sitting room is everything you could hope for in your home away from home. With a flickering wood burner, underfloor heating, cosy sofa for two and another armchair, this is where you want to hunker down in cooler months - whether to simply revel in each other's company or maybe to watch your favourite film on the Smart TV with DVD player, plus Netflix and Sky Sports. When it's summer, the cool slate floors and more than a hundred-year-old thick Cornish walls offer respite from the heat of the day, whilst the windows can be opened wide to let the soft summer breeze waft through whilst you laze, G & T in hand.

EATING

Just wow! Whether you're a keen amateur or a proven professional in the kitchen, Lilyville's kitchen certainly won't disappoint. The three-door Stoves cooker, with five ring induction hob, is at its heart and is the perfect playing ground for whipping up sumptuous feasts and tempting morsels. In addition, there's a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and all the other essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine. There's also a handy breakfast bar for quick snacks or for perching on watching the cook at work, and underfloor heating to keep toes cosy warm.

You'll find the dining area next to the sitting area, where the stairs create a delightful partition. The dining table is deliciously romantic à deux, where the window can be opened allowing birdsong to be your backdrop whilst you eat, whilst underfloor heating offers additional warmth in winter.

SLEEPING

Take the stairs together up to your blissful boudoir, where a stunning king-size bed offers cloud-like comfort for early nights and super-long lie-ins. The soft white tones of the exposed floorboards and paintwork, combined with the light from three windows and the space offered by the vaulted ceiling, makes for a spacious yet cosy room to retire to at the end of the day. Expect to slip in between luxurious linens and sumptuous bedding and to fall asleep to blissful silence, before waking up to the sounds of bird call and the mellow morning sun.

BATHING

The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for a cottage and comes complete with a huge walk-in shower with rainfall head - perfect for wake-me-up-showers, plus there's a divine rolltop bath for two, perfect for whiling away an hour with a glass of something special. In addition, there are two heated rails (one by the shower and one by the bath) to keep towels warm and fluffy.

Downstairs, there's a handy additional loo.
